Wine Died red dry

The red wine of ruby color which ripened in oak barrels with rich texture and a unique bouquet of blackcurrant and spices. It is recommended in combination with firm grades of cheese, meat and a game. To serve at a temperature 16-18˚C.

Geographical position of production: Vineyards in the valley Sawalang in 40 km from the city of Gabala in the northeast of Azerbaijan.
Environment: The district in the valley at the foothills of Greater Caucasus, non-uniform, generally clay, turned on the southeast, solar, well aired.
Height above sea level: The mountain soil at the height of 400 m above sea level.
System of cultivation: Vertical lanes with short double extensions.
Version: 100% of Merlot.
Collecting: Grapes are built and sorted manually.
Vinification and alcoholic fermentation: Red, passed maceration and fermentation with skins within 7 days, with use of a selection of yeast, at a temperature of 25 °C at most.
Endurance: In the Italian oak barrels.
Laying temperature: 16-18 °C
